What is it?
A structured 12 - 15 month development programme designed to provide you with experience through work based learning.
We value and welcome the opportunity to develop the hospitality talent of the future and with this in mind collaborate with apprenticeship providers to offer work based learning. This can include apprenticeships in a number of areas including:
- Food and Beverage
- Front Office and Guest Relations
- Spa*
- Housekeeping
- Commercial (Destination and Event Experience Teams, Sales, Revenue and Marketing)
- IT, HR and Finance
- Kitchens. Working at Clocktower Brasserie, Horto Restaurant,
- Meetings and Events (Production Kitchen)
- Holiday Park
- Golf

* Spa apprentices are required to have completed level 2 and be at the start of level 3.

Salary
All apprenticeships at Rudding Park are paid opportunities and apprentices will receive a competitive rate or, including all our staff benefits and perks. The salary for a Rudding Park apprenticeship will depend on the level and type of apprenticeship, as well as the job role.

Graduation
On successful completion of the programme you will receive a certificate and memento of your time at Rudding Park.
