To mark Global Recycling Day on Saturday 18 March we are excited to announce a partnership with global social enterprise, Clean the World who distribute recycled soap and hygiene products as part of their mission to help save millions of lives around the world

Clean the World accomplishes its mission by collecting and recycling discarded soap and plastic amenity bottles from participating hospitality partners. Through the distribution of these and other donated hygiene products to impoverished people, help prevent millions of hygiene-related illnesses and deaths every year.
Julia Featherstone, Head Housekeeper at Rudding Park said “As a business we recognise we have a responsibility which extends beyond meeting the needs of our guests here and now. This means considering the needs of society without compromising the success or wellbeing of future generations. With this in mind we are thrilled to team up with Clean the World and anticipate donating over 100,000 amenity bottles and 38,000 bars of soap over the course of a year.”
