A location proposal for two lodges

Planning makes perfect

First, we find an opportunity to build your dream property on the Rudding Park grounds then calculate the possible size of your property and decide number of bedrooms, bathrooms and any preferred features such as walk in wardrobes, office space and more. After this step, you'll determine any additional fixtures such as separate bath, log burner, hot tub and heating sources

Designing your lodge

We'll work closely with manufacturer, Lisset Homes, to arrange build, finishes and interior at their factory.

Foundations and ground works

Building commences & ground works completed

The home is built to your specifications before being transported to its final location. Once in its final location, the veranda decking, hot tub and landscaping is finished
