Here you will find a Step By Step Process to redeeming a gift experience voucher, monetary voucher or covid credit voucher online - it's the quickest way to book and secure a reservation

  • Have your Gift Voucher to hand
  • Visit ruddingpark.co.uk
  • To check availability, select ‘Book Now’ in the top right hand corner
  • Choose Redeem a Gift Voucher  from the drop down menu and click ‘Check availability’
  • Follow the links to either redeem an overnight stay, spa experience or dining experience voucher

For Hotel and Spa Vouchers  

  • Click ‘Do you have a Gift Voucher or Promotion Code’
  • Enter the Promo Code on your voucher – eg This can be found half way down your voucher, is case sensitive and starts with a V
  • Choose the date of your experience and follow the steps to make your booking
  • ‘Add Additional Guest’ / ‘Add Additional Room’ as necessary
  • Enter your voucher reference number in the Voucher Code Box – eg 246585-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx. This can be found at the bottom of your voucher.
  • When you reach the ‘Complete your Booking’ section, continue and enter your details under Booker Information
  • Complete the details of your booking

We require your card details to:

  1. Guarantee your reservation
  2. To charge any outstanding balance for additional guests or experiences not covered by your voucher

For Dining Vouchers:

  • Follow the steps to complete your reservation.
  • Enter your Voucher Reference number eg 246585-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx, in the ‘Special Requirements’ box

For Golf Vouchers:

  • Email reservations@ruddingpark.com with your booking requirements and voucher reference number and a member of the team will check availability for you

  • Enter your voucher reference number in the Voucher Code Box – eg 246585-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx OR 025/xxxx This can be found at the bottom of your voucher.
  • When you reach the ‘Complete your Booking’ section, continue and enter your details under Booker Information
  • If you have multiple vouchers and you are unable to enter all the reference numbers, there is a ‘Special Requirements’ box under ‘Personalise Your Stay’ where you can enter all the reference numbers
  • Complete the details of your booking

How do I redeem my voucher online?
Make a booking online as normal, and add your voucher reference ID code in the comments box. Monetary vouchers cannot be redeemed online for hotel or self catering reservations. Please Email reservations@ruddingpark.com with your booking requirements and voucher reference number and a member of the team will check availability for you

Is it possible to buy a monetary voucher for a specific amount? 
A variety of denominations are available; £25, £50, £75, £100 and £250.

Can I pay extra and use the voucher on a weekend?
Yes of course. Please call 01423 844822 and have your voucher reference ID code to hand.

How much is it to add on an overnight stay?
Visit ruddingpark.co.uk to check availability and see the best available rates at the time of booking.

Can I book a Follifoot Wing Room and pay extra to stay in an upgraded room, my voucher is for a Ribston room?
Yes of course, subject to availability. An upgrade from a Ribston Wing Room to a Follifoot Room is £85 to 31 March 2022.

Can I use a morning spa voucher for the afternoon spa session or starlight spa session and vice versa?
Are these experiences are the same value we may be able to accommodate your request, subject to availability

Can I use the value of my experience voucher towards something else?
As stated in the terms and conditions, experience vouchers are non-transferable, so valid for that experience only.

Can I book the experience with brunch/afternoon tea/ treatment and pay the additional amount? Yes of course. Please call 01423 844822 so we can advise you of the relevant supplements and make the booking for you. Please have your voucher reference ID code to hand.

Why do you ask for credit card details even though I have a voucher? Will my card still get charged automatically
Credit cards details are for guarantee only. No charges will be taken from your card at the time of booking.  We would only charge the card if additional charges are incurred during your visit

How do I use multiple vouchers on one booking when booking online?
Simply list the voucher reference ID code in the comments box.

I have put my voucher details in so do I need to actually bring a hard copy / digital copy of the voucher with me on arrival for my stay/visit?
Yes, as stated on the terms and conditions you must present the original copy at reception on arrival when redeeming your experience. 

Will I get to use any remaining balance from my monetary voucher on a future visit/stay or do I need to use it in one go?
As stated in the terms and conditions, vouchers may not be exchanged for cash. You would need to use your voucher in one go, but the great thing about monetary vouchers is the flexibility to use them throughout Rudding Park.

From looking at your website I can see the voucher cost more than the price to stay on the night I booked. Will I receive a credit to cover the difference?
Unfortunately not. We have a range of vouchers which are priced according to the degree of flexibility it offers the recipient and the days on which they are valid.  For example, a voucher with the flexibility to stay at the weekend will be more expensive a voucher only valid on a Sunday.  

Whilst we would not be able to offer credit, if the best available rate on your selected date was less than the value of the voucher, we also would not ask you to pay the additional amount if the best available rate was more than the value of the voucher.

Can I get a VAT receipt for a voucher?
We are unable to provide a VAT receipt for a voucher because there is no VAT paid for the voucher at the point of sale; it is paid when the vouchers are redeemed.
