Our mission statement is care, passion, quality and we aim to surprise and delight our guests and exceed their expectations – this is at the heart of what we do and why guests choose Rudding Park. - Following up to ensure everything was as per your requirements

- Getting in touch to advise you of a change to our policies or issues with a service/facility
- We also use it for business, regulatory and legal purposes, like health and safety (e.g. Registration forms so we can account for guests in the hotel)

Yes. Guests and email subscribers can visit the preference centre using a link on all emails to:
- select their areas of interests
- select their preferred method of communication
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request we delete any information we hold on your at any time. Please write to Rudding Park Data Protection Office, Rudding Park, Folifoot, Harrogate HG3 1JH providing two copies of your ID e.g.
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Birth certificate
- Utility bill (from the last three months)
- Current vehicle registration document
- Bank statement (from the last three months)
- Rent book (from the last three months)
Bear in mind if you request we delete data from Rudding Park it will mean that we have to ask for your information each time you may a booking.
Do you share my data with other organisations?
No. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
We use third parties platforms to provide certain services e.g. online bookings, online gift vouchers. All partners are selected on the basis they are compliant with current legislation and do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information.
How can I see what data you have about me?
To request a copy of your data and have any mistakes corrected please write to Rudding Park Data Protection Office, Rudding Park, Folifoot, Harrogate HG3 1JH or mail your request to: gdpr@ruddingpark.com providing two copies of your ID from the list below;

Cookie Type and what we use them for
_utma
This cookie is what's called a "persistent" cookie, and keeps track of the number of times a visitor has been to the site, when their first visit was, and when their last visit occurred.

Records when a visitor enters a site, and expires at the end of the session.

Records when a visitor leaves a site. It expires after 30 minutes if there is no activity.
