Planning your visit

Guests visiting for a Spa Day or Roof Top Spa Experience will be provided with a locker, bathrobe, towel and flip flops for use during the day.

Robes will also be provided where they are required elsewhere in The Spa.

Lockers may be hired for the day.

Swimwear must be worn when using the Roof Top Spa and Spa Garden. Bath robes can be worn in Horto Cafe until 5.30pm.

There is ample free parking.

Hotel guests visiting The Spa during their stay are welcome to use the Indoor Swimming Pool, Juniper Log Sauna and Bucket Shower.

Spa Days and Roof Top Spa Experiences

Arrive at the scheduled arrival time and you will be taken through your spa journey itinerary.

Treatment Only

A late arrival will mean your scheduled time is reduced or unable to be honoured. The full price of your treatment will apply.

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment allowing you time to change and complete the consultation form.

Your treatment time includes a brief consultation to tailor the experience to your exact needs. Please ensure you go to the treatment reception five minutes prior to your time.

Manicure and Pedicure

Arrive five minutes prior to your appointment.

Cancellation charges are non-refundable and nontransferable.

Bookings of up to four treatments, Spa Days or Roof Top Spa Experiences

7 days or less prior to arrival - 100% charge will apply. More than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% refund or the opportunity to re-book an alternative date if available.

Bookings of five-eight treatments, Spa Days or Roof Top Spa Experiences

14 days or less prior to arrival - 75% charge will apply. More than 14 days prior to arrival - 50% refund or the opportunity to re-book an alternative date if available.

Some treatments are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions. Please draw our attention to any medical issues or if you are seeing a GP for any reason when making your booking.

Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Roof Top Spa and Spa Garden, Juniper Log Sauna and Rasul. Guests aged between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using the Roof Top Spa and having a treatment. Guests under 16 are permitted to use the Indoor Swimming Pool at designated Splash Times when accompanied by an adult.
